1. Dismissal and Code of Conduct
SRM has established a set of standards to govern the behaviors of staff, students, and partners. These principles are intended to nurture a safe, professional learning environment. SRM reserves the right to dismiss any Participant from the Program, without refund or recourse, who violates the Code of Conduct at the sole discretion of SRM.
- Mutual Respect: We appreciate the uniquely individual people in our community. Posts involving political or religious affiliations will be removed immediately.
- Non-Solicitation: We have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitation of any type, including affiliate links or outside ventures where the promoter has a personal financial stake.
- HIPAA Compliance: All case studies must be fully de-identified. Failure to protect Patient Health Information (PHI) results in immediate account termination.
